MOTTRA Ltd continues the old tradition of serving STURGEON caviar to British tables. This classic delicacy has been served in the Royal Courts of Europe since the 17th century and comes from Latvia prepared according to the traditional malosol and grain-to-grain methods of the Russian Imperial Court.

Established in 2002 MOTTRA farm combines the old tradition and a new environmental and scientific approach resulting in the production of the purest caviar that will delight the most discerning connoisseur.
